Tap N Go – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Tap N Go, we aim to provide high-quality NFC-enabled PVC and Metal cards that help you share your digital identity seamlessly. Since each card is made with care, we have a fair and transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy to protect both our customers and our business.
1. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.

Once the card has been customized, printed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To cancel an order, please email tapngocards@gmail.com with your order details.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Defective or Damaged Products: If the product arrives physically damaged, defective, or non-functional.

Wrong Product Delivered: If the card delivered is different from the one you ordered.

Order Not Delivered: If the order is lost during shipping and cannot be traced.
Refunds are not applicable in these cases:

Customized cards with personalized names, logos, or designs once production has begun.

Customer dissatisfaction based on preference (e.g., color shade, design expectations).

Improper usage, mishandling, or damage caused by the customer.
3. Return Process

Customers must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving the order.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will share instructions for returning the product (if required).
4. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (via Payment gateway).

Refund processing time: 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

Delays may occur if the customer’s bank or payment provider takes longer to release funds.
5. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, customers may also opt for a free replacement of the same product if available in stock. Replacements are shipped once the defective product is returned and verified.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, Tap N Go will bear the return shipping costs.

If the customer is returning the product for other valid reasons, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
