Tap N Go – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tap N Go, we aim to provide high-quality NFC-enabled PVC and Metal cards that help you share your digital identity seamlessly. Since each card is made with care, we have a fair and transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy to protect both our customers and our business.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.

  • Once the card has been customized, printed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • To cancel an order, please email tapngocards@gmail.com with your order details.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: If the product arrives physically damaged, defective, or non-functional.

  2. Wrong Product Delivered: If the card delivered is different from the one you ordered.

  3. Order Not Delivered: If the order is lost during shipping and cannot be traced.

Refunds are not applicable in these cases:

  • Customized cards with personalized names, logos, or designs once production has begun.

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on preference (e.g., color shade, design expectations).

  • Improper usage, mishandling, or damage caused by the customer.


3. Return Process

  1. Customers must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. To request a return/refund, contact us at tapngocards@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Photographs of the product (if damaged/defective)

    • Reason for return/refund

  3. Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will share instructions for returning the product (if required).


4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (via Payment gateway).

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

  • Delays may occur if the customer’s bank or payment provider takes longer to release funds.


5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, customers may also opt for a free replacement of the same product if available in stock. Replacements are shipped once the defective product is returned and verified.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, Tap N Go will bear the return shipping costs.

  • If the customer is returning the product for other valid reasons, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
